I will be asking for a £10.00 deposit for new bookings. I understand things can happen and change, however this policy states if the appointment is cancelled within 48hrs I will ask for 50% deposit of the treatment. If the appointment is cancelled within 24hrs I will ask for full payment. If the appointment has been rearranged within 48hrs of original booking I will waive the deposit, if not I will be asking for full payment.
